Haina Mould was established in 2001. It is located in Shenzhen, the premier mould manufacturing center in China, offering integrated services ranging from product design, mould development to mass production.

Haina Mould has an annual production capacity of over 500 sets, with products covering the automotive, household appliances, medical, industrial sectors and new energy. The moulds are mainly exported to Europe, North America, Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia and other regions. Automotive products
We offer injection molds, stamping dies, and low-pressure injection
molds for automotive interior & exterior trim (bumpers, instrument
panels, fenders), engine compartment precision parts, and body metal
structural parts.
We deliver high-precision components including dashcam housings,
connector shells, and metal stampings (mounting brackets, shielding
covers, terminals) — ensuring dimensional accuracy, strength, and
assembly consistency.
Household Appliances
We specialize in large thin-wall appearance parts such as washing machine
panels, air conditioner housings, and refrigerator door panels. Our expertise
includes high-gloss mirror finishing, fine texturing, and two-shot molding,
meeting strict requirements for surface quality and assembly precision.
We develop complex structural molds for fan impellers, gear transmission
parts, and thin-wall air ducts. With expertise in glass-fiber reinforced materials,
insert molding, and high-temperature mold technology, we ensure long-term
durability and dimensional stability.
Medical
We provide surgical electrocautery handles (with anti-slip textures),
monitor housings, CT/MRI equipment structural parts, ventilator housingsand more. With large-scale precision mold manufacturing capabilities,
we meet the requirement for strength, assembly accuracy,
and flame-retardant ratings in medical devices.
We specialize in high-temperature mold design and molding processes
up to 150–200°C, along with micro-precision molds and insert molding.
Our products include medical diagnostic assay kits, surgical instrument
handles, injection device components, and a wide range of precision
plastic structural parts.
Industrial
We specialize in large thin-wall parts, deep-cavity structures, two-shot
molding, and glass-fiber reinforced materials for industrial housings,
control cabinets, and power tool enclosures.
We provide high-precision molds for gears, worm wheels, and fan
impellers, with expertise in insert molding, micro-precision molding,
and high-temperature molds (up to 200°C) for industrial transmission
and automation applications.
New Energy
We specialize in high-precision injection molded components including
battery module enclosures, inverter housings, and onboard charger cases,
engineered to meet rigorous requirements such as V0 flame retardancy, high
voltage endurance, and dimensional stability.
We supply critical components including charging gun housings and energy
storage interface assemblies, leveraging expertise in weather-resistant materials,
sealing systems, and precision snap-fit designs to ensure outdoor protection
ratings and long-term operational reliability.
