From the design to the delivery of a mold, there is close collaboration among four positions: design, programming, fitter, and quality inspection. The Hainan team has an average of over 8 years of working experience and specializes in the manufacturing of molds for home appliances, automobiles, and 3C structural components.

• Mold Design Team: Proficient in UG/PowerMILL/Cimatron, skilled in complex parting surfaces and integral cooling design, controlling the injection molding 

cycle and product deformation from the source.

• CNC Programming and Operator: Rich experience in five-axis/high-speed machining, with key dimensions controlled within ±0.01mm.

• Assembly Fitter Team: Led by experienced masters with over 10 years of experience in mold assembly, flying mold, and frame assembly, ensuring the success 

rate of the first trial mold.

• Quality Inspection: Equipped with three-coordinate/secondary coordinate measurement, providing full-size reports and CPK data.

We often send the design and engineering teams on study trips to continuously enhance their skills.

Most equipment of Hainamould Mould are imported from Japan, Switzerland, Germany, Taiwan etc. The brand includes Mori Seiki，Agie Charmilles，Makino，Fanuc.
