Quality inspection is moving from sampling to 100% inspection. Machine vision systems can detect defects within 1–2 seconds, automatically rejecting non-conforming parts and ensuring full traceability for every single product.
The factory is no longer an information silo. Production managers can track real-time data on machine status, yield rates, and energy consumption through their mobile devices, with automatic alerts for any abnormalities.
Haina is also moving in this direction. We are continuously integrating automated inspection and data management systems into our mold design and injection molding processes to improve both efficiency and quality. Currently, we are collaborating with customers on mold development for intelligent hardware products such as drones and robotic dogs, gaining valuable experience in this fast-growing field.
