Mass Production

During operation, plastic material is heated and melted in the injection unit. The rotating screw then pushes the molten plastic forward, injecting it at high speed into the closed mould cavity. Once the cavity is filled, a packing stage begins to compensate for material shrinkage during cooling. Simultaneously, the cooling system inside the mould solidifies the plastic into the desired shape. After the part is fully solidified, the clamping unit opens the mould, and the ejector mechanism pushes the finished product out. The mould then closes again, and the cycle repeats.
This continuous process enables the injection moulding machine to produce complex-shaped, dimensionally stable plastic parts with high efficiency and precision.
