Injection molding
In the field of injection molding, stack molds, two-shot molds, and high-gloss molds represent three different directions of advanced technology. They address three major pain points—"doubled output," "heterogeneous bonding," and "paint-free surfaces"—but each imposes special requirements on equipment, materials, and processes.
I. Stack Mold
Core value: Doubles output under the same clamping force. By molding two layers simultaneously, it is suitable for high-volume, thin-walled products (e.g., cup lids, containers).
II. Two-Shot / Multi-Component Mold
Core value: Two materials are molded and bonded in a single shot within the same mold, commonly seen in combinations of soft and rigid plastics (e.g., toothbrush handles, automotive lamps, seals).
III. High-Gloss Mold / Rapid Heat Cycle Molding (RHCM)
Core value: Eliminates weld lines, flow marks, and glass fiber streaks, achieving a "mirror finish straight out of the mold" without the need for painting. Commonly used for home appliance panels, automotive interiors, and high-gloss appearance parts.

These three types of molds all represent what "ordinary molds cannot achieve." For a mold manufacturing company, mastering any one of them means establishing a technical barrier in a niche market.
Haina Mold has years of technical expertise in injection molding. The molds we produce range from those used in automotive assembly to those for manufacturing high-precision medical products. We are able to address customers' concerns regarding product appearance or design. If you already have a product design drawing or an idea, please feel free to contact our company.
