At ITES 2026, we witnessed another solution to "cost reduction"

Shenzhen, April 2026 - March 31 to April 3, the 27th ITES Shenzhen Industrial Exhibition came to an end in Bao'an. As mould manufacturers and injection moulding producers, we have visited this exhibition before, but this time, the experience was particularly different.

In the past, we often said "cost reduction and efficiency improvement", which was more about internal efficiency optimization. But this time, we walked into the exhibition halls with more specific questions: Can we help customers spend less money, wait for shorter time, and get better plastic parts?

The answer lies in several technical details that we focused on.

Two Technologies, Two Cost-Reduction Strategies

• Electromagnetic rapid mould change: Hours to minutes. Enables small batches and flexible delivery.

• Dual-blade cutting: Material use up 10-15%. Savings reflected in our quotes.

Both are practical, production-ready solutions, not just showy innovations.

What is more important than the technology is the trust given by the customers.

At this exhibition, we also had an unexpected gain.

We brought the plastic part samples and the mould drawings to the exhibition site.

Showed it to several large manufacturing enterprises:

• Complex structure mould design capability

• Experience in multi-material injection moulding technology

• From the design drawings to the actual delivery for mass production

Finally, cooperation intentions were reached with three leading enterprises in the field of new energy vehicles and medical devices. We have now entered the stage of sample evaluation.

This is a recognition that is more important than orders for us.

Although the ITES exhibition has concluded, we have already initiated the process of technology implementation, customer verification, and service improvement. We look forward to collaborating with mould and plastic partners who pursue technology and delivery.
